So Tuesday I went for my pre-surgery testing at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. On Wednesday or Thursday I got a call from my doctor, telling me that my potassium levels are too low. This is often caused by the diuretic I take for high blood pressure. I also had an abnormal ekg for the same reason. So, I had the tests done again at her office and am going to have to wait until later today to find out if I'm cleared to go.
In the meantime today, I've cleaned my refreigerator, which was just a horrid mess. I cleaned out all the old food, wiped the shelves and cleaned the bottom drawer. It's not perfect, but it will do.
I did a little grocery shopping but not enough. I still need to go out later but I'm tired.
