I just changed the layout and colors for this blog... it's easy to try different ones.. this is kind of girly and purple/pink. The one I had before had a very classic neutral look to it. This is the kind of thing that keeps me up late at night at this idiot box.

Tonight I met Izzy, Bessie, Charlotte and Margie for dinner at the Mt Vernon in Charlestown - ah the old Keane days when I used to hang out in the bar there...

After that I went to Ulta, a cosmetics store, and browsed until my leg screamed in pain. I bought one thing and didn't really need it. Earlier today Alan and I took a drive up to Ocean State Job Lots in Danvers. On the way (well past it, really), we drove through Beverly, because I was at Endicott College Sunday night and it was so pretty up there. We stopped and bought candy at a little old fashioned candy store (fudge and these amazing colorful sugar mints) .

I am driving to meet Janice, my friend from the FlyLadies group in New Bedford tomorrow, so I need to get up early. I'm meeting her at the salon where she works as a massage therapist, so I can get a massage too. Busy weekend ahead.
