Another Monday

I just couldn't get myself out of bed this morning for Yoga class, so I decided that I was going to have to go out and walk later. The temperature is 50 degrees, and the sky is blue. So after I finally got up, I made some fried matzah, and after messing on the computer for awhile, I did try rather half-heartedly to do some yoga and stretching with FitTV. After that, I brushed my hair, grabbed my music player and went out to Fellsmere Pond to walk.

I love Fellsmere Pond. There are ducks, geese, dogs and their owners, babies and their owners, a fountain, a gentle breeze, benches to stop at and take in the view. The geese are so graceful as they fly, and the ducks are dozing in the sun with their heads tucked under their wing. There are also two fountains. I don't know if I walked very far, but I walked around it three times, and instead of sticking to the path close to the water, I walked along the sidewalk to make it a bit longer, and walked across the street to the cemetary with it's Irish immigrants - Mahoney, Sullivan, etc.
