Update

I feel the need to vent here... so I don't drive my friends crazy.
I'm very frustrated by Alan's idea of moving in with his mother to her house to be her caregiver. This seems to be the lawyers idea, to save money until he can sell the house. The house needs a lot of work, and I'm not even sure he can handle that part. I constantly make suggestions about this.

Let's review some facts:
He is 58 and hasn't worked in about 8 years. He lives off his mother's money, although he has investments of his own. He has never agressively tried to get a job or update his skills, although he has had 2 jobs since I've known him. (actually one didn't work out).

But I have found a job! I will be working for LogMeIn in Woburn, and am starting on 12/8. I can't even imagine Alan impressing anyone in an interview. He may have the skills, but it takes more than that these days.
