I've got to work out in my head this whole unemployment thing. I thought it would be wonderful to be unemployed, and it is, but with the economy so horrible - markets down, unemployment up, manufacturing plants closing, car manufacturing plants losing money, and eveyrone's investments in the sewer, it's hard to be optimistic. There are tons of jobs being posted, but for the most elite jobs, advanced technology, senior management, etc.
I am trying not to spend a lot of money, but bills just keep coming in. On the one hand, I'm on extended unemployment, I've saved money on my home and auto insurance, I get rebates from Walgreens, I have Amazon credits, and I am not spending as much on gas and food. But I get new medical bills almost every day, am still spending for physical therapy, and am still spending for entertainment. if I didn't have my mortgage and condo fee, it wouldn't be so bad, but my expenses are over 3,000 most months.
