A typical Day

Today is 12/28. It is now 3 PM. I slept late and totally dissed Debby, who was hoping to meet me at the gym at 10 AM... From bed, thanks to my iTouch, I check my email and the stock market. My cell phone rings - I ignore it. It is my broker, but I don't end up talking to him until 2 PM.

I see a job posting I like, while on my iTouch, so i get up and get to the PC, where I check the ad, create a cover letter and find the right resume to send them. This is not an easy process as I need everything to be perfect. Finally I send the cover letter and resume. It is for a PT job in Arlington - admin assistant. Sounds good, too. I also work some more on a draft email to send to Zamir chat list regarding possible employment opps.

At around noon, Susan called me and we practiced a Rossi piece over the phone. I have been having problems with the rhythm of one piece but I think I finally figured it out. That was almost an hour on the phone with her.

Then Gary, my broker, called and we talked for about half an hour. In between, I was emailing some family tree related stuff. Then I got caught up in updating my financial spreadsheets, since Gary wants to sell something and I wanted to make sure I have all the 2009 information entered correctly.

I also needed to check in with Nat on when she needs me to be over to watch the kids tomorrow (ie chauffeur them around!). I need to bring Marlee to a flu shot clinic and a game day at the library, and maybe take daniel to the movies.
