I went to bed early last night, knowing I'd have to get up early to make it into Boston, by the T, by 9 AM. I was hungry when I went to bed, and it was close to midnight, but for me, that WAS early. I had also napped through most of the afternoon, so I wasn't that tired. I awoke at 7 AM and didn't rush to get up.
I drove to Jackson Street garage - a thrifty $6.00 special before 9 AM. Walked a windy block to the T station and noticed that the majority of T riders seem to be Asian. Got off at Washington, which seemed closest to One Federal Street bldg. I ended up at 100 Federal, since I had written it down wrong. Lobby people sent me across the street to ONE Federal. Once you get into the Financial district, it is seriously confusing.
After my meeting with Gary, my broker, I wandered around trying to figure out how to get over to Fanueil Hall. I came up behind the Grain Bldg that I used to love looking at from the highway. I walked further and saw Rowe's Wharf, and thought I was going the wrong way.
I don't feel very well today - kind of sluggish. I have mild heartburn, and have not had any coffee. I am just at odds with myself right now. One day up, one day down... I'm hoping that having lunch and maybe a quick nap (ha ha) will help.
