Well, I had another phone screen on 8/13 for the Pointright position, and met with three people, including the CEO, on 8/14. I spoke to the Manager afterwards, and in a low voice, she said "well, I still have to speak to everyone, so I can't make any guarantees, but it looks promising..."
And I am supposed to hear back this week - I think on eof the team and/or the recruiter was on vacation, so I'm expecting to hear back Wed. or Thursday. In the meantime, trying to stay busy. Friday after the interviews I picke dup the kids from JCC camp and brought them home. Marlee had to get ready to go to a Middle School Sock Hop.. she looked so cute - skirt, bobby sox and white keds, and retro earrings. She won the costume contest -- apparently not many kids dressed up anyway. But i was still proud of her!
Sunday night did radio, and while I like doing it, it bothers me that most of the original hosts now only want to be "fill-ins", leaving me, Mitch and Janet as the only rotating hosts. There's a lot of politics involved, and some of the other women no longer want to be involved there on a regular basis.
